David Steinberg was inspired to write children’s books after he began tripping over them in a house with three young readers. not that entertaining children was a new thing for him. David practices live storytelling, in addition to having spent 30 years as an executive, producer and artist on more than fifteen major feature animated movies, including gnomeo & juliet, 9, meet the robinsons, mulan, hercules, cats don’t dance, an american tail and the land before time, and the secret of nimh. david’s books from penguin young readers have sold to date over five hundred thousand copies, and been included in national book fairs and advance reader lists:
